Compensation & Benefits Role - IT Services Firm (4-10 yrs)
We are on the look out for someone who wants to make a career in Compensation & benefits by enhancing their subject matter expertise in this field.
- Applicants should posses good experience in designing, re-designing, conceptualizing and compensation & benefits.
- Strong Experience in compensation modelling and compensation analytics is highly desirable.
- The applicants should be able to communicate good English (verbal & written communication ability )
- These roles are a part of the centre of excellence team of the client organisation.
- Incumbents from Tier 1 & Tier 2 premier management institutes are highly desirable.
- The candidates should have good analytical bent of mind.
- The role entails working on executive level compensation, where stock options play a significant role in their CTC structure.
- The job involves being responsible for making all global compensation decisions sitting here in India.
- Will be responsible for doing both global and pan India compensation and benefits.
- Experience in M&A (merger & acquisition ) and due diligence are desired but not mandatory.
- Incumbent Will also be working on activities like budgeting of a new initiatives or a new program etc.
