We have an urgent opening with leading IT Services Company based in Pune :
Position : Compensation & Benefits
Location : Pune
Responsibilities :
1. Should have minimum four years relevant experience.
2. Should have Global level experience.
3. Male / Female both can apply.
4. Prepares the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting, and adjusting of the budget.
5. Providing the right benefits for Employees. Analyze Division positions - internal equity and Perform C&B Analytics to provide insights to business
6. Benefits - Review, design, implement and communicate benefits programs and activities
7. Should have full time MBA.
