- Provide analysis on base salary, short and long-term incentives, reward and recognition programs, benchmarking and survey analysis and job evaluation.

- Responsible for Compensation cycle includes auditing of compensation data for all the Business Units, evaluating the BU wise statistical aggregates, comparison of the pay ranges with the industry trends.

- Execution of annual salary increase cycle for the colleagues spread across different business units and other related process.

- Conduct analyses of jobs, salaries, and incentives to evaluate internal equity, external competitiveness, and legal compliance of the organization's pay practices. Make recommendations regarding salary grades or market rates for specific jobs.

- Periodical Communication, review, and payout of Variable Incentive with eligible employees.

- Work with other functions for right targets, achievement scores and payouts as applicable under Variable incentive policies.

- Suggest the compensation fitment for the new hires/transfer within Infogain locations (India, US, ME, Singapore, UK).

- Ensure communication of benefits and variable incentive policies to the HR Business Partners & support them with query handling at employee level.

- Participate in the compensation & benefits benchmarking surveys

- Assist in development of salary ranges and appropriate pay levels for India and other Geo's (Singapore, Dubai, UK, US etc.)

- Assist in building and implementing automated compensation processes

Must Have :

- Fair knowledge of India compensation market and labor laws.

- Result driven and self-motivated

- High Analytical / Logical ability to draw accurate conclusions from raw data.

- Attention to detail, analytical/reasoning, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to engage with people and to work collaboratively in diverse and cross-functional teams

- Interested in learning continuously about new business environments, challenges, and insights

- Strong communication and presentation skills
