Compensation & Benefits Role - Human Resource - NBFC (2-5 yrs)
Role - Consultant HR Compensation and Benefit with leading NBFC Firm.
Location - Gurgaon
Designing of basic compensation structures in the organization aligned with the corporate culture and the corporate values.
- Design and monitor the compensation ranges for different level and roles.
- Experience in Compensation and Benefit
- Compensation benchmarking
- Experience in designing variable pay structures (Salary Benchmarking).
- Experience in designing Incentive plans
- Experience of handling entire process of Increments, Bonus and Promotions
- Worked on R&R frameworks
- Recommend changes in employment policies, processes, and practices
- Handled HR analytics and dashboards
- Experience in Job evaluation and Job banding exercises
2-5 years of proven work experience as an HR compensation & Benefit MBA in HR from Tier 1/Tier 2 colleges would be preferred Global and senior stakeholder management experience is preferred Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular
