- Responsible for end to end administration of ESOP exercise process.

- Validation of ESOP exercise form and liasoning with different departments like payroll, finance, taxation, secretarial etc. to ensure smooth process flow till the process is complete

- Providing employees accurate information regarding their ESOPs like total grant, vesting, exercisability, grant price etc. on a periodic basis and as and when requested

- Creating and maintaining all details accurately related to ESOPs and LTI like employee-wise grant, vesting, grant price, exercise period, lapse date

- Proactively information employees if any ESOPs for them is close to expiry

- Generation of letters related to LTI and roll-out to respective employees

- Co-ordinating across stakeholders (Finance, HR, CS, IR) for obtaining, maintaining and reporting on employee stock option data.

- Recording details of option granted in the dedicated ESOP plans as per the vesting pattern.

- Analyse the stock plan and sub plan to determine source, validity, term, award types and country application and governing plan.

- Providing payroll inputs related to LTI to respective point of contacts.

- Co-ordinating with local country affiliate to ensure accurate and timely delivery of payments with stock option exercise gains included.

- Advising employee on maximum tax amount they are eligible to pay for on their stock gain or LTI.

- Drafting employee communications advising employees own responsibility for self assessment tax return disclosure of gains calculated and related tax or other local filing / taxes payment obligation.

- Preparing and reporting on a monthly basis on ESOPs

- Doing research and having a deep understanding on tax and social security contribution applicable on LTI/ESOPs etc.

- Managing employee queries via emails or call

- Checking the accuracy of data provided from employee

- Managing internal departmental queries with regards to ESOPs/LTI
