Job Responsibilities:
Daily responsibilities and duties of compensation & benefits and Analytics team member organized by HR.
Area include:
Compensation
- Assessing the organization's pay structures, highlighting and correcting the anomalies (if any)
- Monitoring the salaries being offered to the new employees against the defined hiring grid.
- Researching compensation trends and preparing the data compensation surveys
- Maintaining the historical data related to promotions, ctc changes and role movements.
- Making recommendations based on data analysis.
