Our Client is a well known financial services firm scouting out for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist

Job Location : Mumbai

Job Title : COE - Compensation & Benefits, Rewards & HR Analytics

Job Responsibilities :

1. Analyse performance ratings, normal distribution curve and promotion recommendations

2. Provide regular update on the rating summary pre / post performance appraisal to the Functional Heads

3. Support in preparation of compensation related proposal and salary increments simulations to facilitate compensation decisions.

4. Execute compensation revision (increments) as well as variable incentive plans for onroll and offroll employees, including roll out of compensation review letters

5. Execute compensation revision activities on system for Onroll employees including managing related activities, managing Performance management and compensation modules

6. Liaise with functional heads and Zonal HR to ensure timely completion of performance documents

7. Analyse current PMS and suggest / implement changes in PMS as and when required.

8. Incorporate and map salary surveys data position wise to ensure internal data is in line with market data.

9. Managing regular employee communication with respect to C&B policies and processes.

10. Ensuring processes related to data management on HRMS and other data platforms are adhered to and also processes are updated as and when required.

11. Provide wage cost analysis with YTD actual and budgets

12. Analyse comp & ben costing with respect to Manpower budgets for the year

Desired Qualification & Skills :

- Full time MBA/PGDM (HR) from tier1 B - school

- Atleast 8 years experience working in Compensation & Benefits

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multi-task and take up additional responsibility

- Ability to work in a team
