Compensation & Benefits Lead - XLRI/MDI/TISS/SCMHRD (5-10 yrs)
- Manage end to end compensation cycle for PAN India employees and driving focused C&B initiatives
- Design compensation packages and bonus/incentive programs that align with the company's strategic plans
- Real time partnering with business to successfully close performance management cycles in alignment to the compensation philosophy
- Exercise internal and external benchmarking to analyze the and collect market leading best practices and work to introduce the same in the organization
- Designing compensation structure across job families and bands i.e. entry level to CXO level positions (variable pay, benefits structuring and eSops)
- Designing an effective eSops structure and incentive based schemes to be directly aligned with an individual's performance
- Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the statutory requirements
- Perform analysis on effectiveness and competitiveness of Compensation and Benefits programs and make recommendations
An ideal candidate-
- At least 6-10 years of work experience in C&B post completion of MBA (only Tier 1 institutes- XLRI, MDI, TISS and SCMHRD)
- Ability to lead from front and collaborate with the leadership and other internal stakeholders
- Strong exposure of designing within the C&B COE with a focus on eSops and incentive schemes
- Hands-on experience with HRIS, expertise in MS Excel
- Understanding of various statutes governing employee compensation
- Real time experience to design and implement C&B related projects
