Compensation & Benefit Specialist - Consulting Firm (6-10 yrs)
Position : Compensation and benefit Specialist
Location : Bangalore
Experience : 6+ yrs
Candidates from Bangalore only
- Lead the Rewards consulting portfolio and build unique rewards consulting points of view to address talent/business challenges for clients
- Develop products relevant and tailored to emerging GCCs, particularly in the Technology space
- Advise our clients on the following core areas representing the functioning as the clients rewards COE on the ground:
- Market benchmarking (Compensation / Benefits)
- Pay ranges design & implementation
- Benefits design
- Budgeting / annual cycle management
- Compensation structuring
- Statutory impact & related updates
- Interface with global CXOs to socialize solutions and influence decision making
Experience and Requirements :
Required Experience and Skills :
- University degree in HR with a Masters / MBA would be mandatory
- 6+ years of experience in a compensation consulting / HR consulting role
- Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data / insights to CXOs
- Regional / global compensation experience, particularly focused on US, Australia, Europe would be an added advantage
