We have an exciting opportunity with French IT Consulting Firm, Noida

Following are the details:

Position: Compensation & Benefit

Experience: Min 5 years

Location: Noida

1. Research, strategize and benchmark compensation structure.

2. Design comp/benefit structures in line with local practices, handling compensation surveys and benchmarking.

3. Evaluate C&B processes and policies to ensure they are current, competitive and in compliance with legal and local rules and regulations.

4. Conduct reviews of current base salary levels and proposing salary changes based on job analysis, internal salary data and external market data

5. Resolve compensation issues and independently make appropriate recommendations to the management, wherever required.

6. Assist the Team Lead in the end to end planning and execution of compensation budgets

7. Assist the lead in creating the policy and framework for the compensation structure and benefits
