- Design ongoing total rewards strategy to support and sustain a high performing culture that attracts, motivates, retains, promotes caregiver development and succession planning, and rewards - Analyze and make compensation and benefits recommendations using internal and external data, including: industry trends, best practices, government and legal requirements - Collect and leverage feedback from caregivers to help shape evolution of total rewards offerings - Design and manage common compensation components, including salary structure evaluation and design, merit pay and incentive awards processes, job classifications, salary budget review, and market compensation analyses - Design and manage benefits programs, to include: medical, retirement, life, disability, paid time off, and other program components - Responsible for compliance with current and future laws in the area of compensation and benefits - Owns the performance management design and delivery of the program, partnering with other HR team members to ensure a smooth process, effective system design & delivery of an engaging and productive experience - Lead the implementation and administration of comp + benefits program in a timely and legally compliant way - Lead and administer all incentive plans, benefits open enrollment, ongoing new employee benefits enrollment, audits and all refinements to compensation, benefit and other total rewards programs - Develop and document procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and work with HR business partners to educate core leaders and caregivers
