Responsibilities :
Under the mentorship of the Managing Director and senior consulting staff, provides high level analyses related to the design and development of compensation programs, including the following activities:
- Market pricing
- Data analysis
- Excel spreadsheet development
- Bonus plan modeling
- Job Description review and updating
- Conduct topical research
- Information dissemination across project team
- Preparation of reports, modeling analyses, and communication materials
- Basic qualifications for the opportunity
- Degree in human resources, finance/accounting, or a business-related field
- 5 years of compensation (or related) experience
- Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications; Intermediate level proficiency in Excel
