Compensation Analyst (1-2 years experience with a Financial services MNC)
Our client is a Global Financial services giant looking to hire a Compensation analyst to work as an individual contributor-
- Responsible for driving end to end compensation and benefits cycle for all their global offices
- Design salesincentives for the organization in line with the job related KRA's for each level
- Exercise internal + external benchmarking to analyse the and collect market leading best practices and work to introduce the same in the organization
- Ensure all relevant market data guidance in support of the mid year/ annual merit increase cycle
- Work with excel to analyse data and share daily reports with global offices
- Robust monitoring of Rewards governance framework and adherence to all compliances of the same
A successful candidate-
- With 1-2 years of dedicated experience in compensation and benefits
- A full time MBA is highly preferred
- Excellent ability to handle excel and work with advanced features etc
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders
