DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE :

Candidate must be confident, hardcore sales professional with go getter attitude and good personality with proven record in IT sales. Candidate should be open to field sales and should be willing to take on targets. A 2 Wheeler is a Must.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

- Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role

- Experience in selling Desktops / Laptops / Servers / Networking Products / UPS / Comprehensive IT Solutions

- Strong Communication skills with strong business related knowledge

- The ability and desire for sales job with a confident and determined approach

- Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals

- Should possess the skill to work both in team and also perform independently

- Should be capable of thriving in the competitive markets

- Thorough understanding of technology, marketing and negotiating techniques

- Fast learner, self-motivated with a results-driven approach and passion for sales

- Aptitude in delivering strong &attractive presentations

- Should possess some work experience in customer facing role

- Graduate / Post Graduate

- Proficient in English

- Knowledge of MS Office

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE REQUIREMENT :

- Corporate Sales into all IT Hardware Products, Solutions & Services Sales

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

- Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their IT infrastructure needs

- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on Company products / services

- Negotiate/close deals and handle customers queries / complaints

- Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets

- Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc.

- Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets

- Display efficiency in gathering market and customer info to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery and customer specifications to their managers

- Review their own performance and aim at exceeding their targets

- Record sales and order information and report the same to the sales department

- Provide accurate feedback on future buying trends to their respective employers

- Ensure timely billing & control bills receivables within specified limits

- Pro-actively get leads from Principals

- Take help from OEM's in making joint sales calls on customers

Experience : 1 Year - 5 Years of Relevant IT Experience

Salary : INR 6,00,000 P.A. to 8,00,000(Remuneration will not be a constraint for the right candidate - based on Experience plus Incentive)
