Compass Group - Regional People Lead (12-18 yrs)
We need Regional People Lead for Chennai, Manager level, blue collar experience,
Experience in Blue collar and Bulk hiring is a must
Talent Acquisition - (Bulk Hiring+ Blue Collar)
- Drive and deliver the recruitment strategy for In Unit roles.
- Should have experience in Bulk and Blue collar Hiring
- Creation of Dashboards and Presentations for the MD reviews and Branch /HR reviews for all verticals.
- Advocating for ALT Recruit User platform/ATS for entire database creation and RAF's implementations
- Partner with senior leaders to help improve recruitment efficacy, working on multiple projects within the talent function & hiring processes.
- Work with HR Business Partners to understand talent gaps in senior level positions and build internal and external sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with TA team and other departments to continually assess the effectiveness of recruiting tools and processes.
- Utilize metrics and analytics to boost recruitment and retention.
- Create and Own the processes for Shortlisting parameters and JD's collation for all roles Above Unit.
- Build a robust strategy to build the attributes structure along with the team, need to support the team initiatives. - Adherence to Recruitment Strategy
- Creation of multiple channels of recruitment
- Vendor Standardization Process
- Reducing Talent risks for the organization by creating active Pipelining
- Adherence to acquisition delivery to stakeholders - both TAT and quality
- Recruitment Budget to be within the planned numbers with 20% lesser Comp bracket to be utilized for each role for greater savings
- TAT management & process mapping.
