Role Duties :
- Devising tax planning strategies which are aligned with business goals
- Handling Direct Tax compliances (Transfer Pricing compliances, Corporate Tax Returns, Assessments & Litigations)
- Handling Indirect Tax compliance (GST)
- Assisting in Mergers & Acquisitions
- Being accountable for tax accounting and reporting
- Coordinating with Statutory Auditors from a tax GL's standpoint, Tax Auditor and GST Audit
- Handling tax litigation in conjunction with consultants
- Ensure tax compliances GST (All Major states in India), TDS & Income tax.
- Verify Calculations and deposit tax on monthly basis.
- Verify the accounting entries from taxation point of view.
