We are looking for a Qualified CA with minimum 6 Years of experience.

Role and Responsibilities :

Budgeting:


- FP&A is responsible for preparing the organization's annual budget.


- This involves working closely with various departments to understand their financial needs and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.

Forecasting:


- Regular forecasting is essential to keep track of the company's financial performance.


- FP&A helps in predicting future financial outcomes, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow, based on current trends and assumptions.

Financial Analysis:


- FP&A performs in-depth analysis of the company's financial performance, comparing actual results against the budget or forecast.


- This helps identify variances and provides insights into underlying trends, risks, and opportunities.

Strategic Planning:


- FP&A contributes to the long-term strategic planning process by providing financial data and analysis to help guide decisions on capital investment, growth opportunities, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.

Reporting:


- FP&A is responsible for preparing and presenting regular financial reports to senior management, stakeholders, and investors.


- These reports help communicate the financial health of the organization and support decision-making.

Cost Management:


- FP&A helps identify and manage costs, ensuring that the organization operates efficiently and within budget.


- This includes analyzing spending trends and suggesting cost-saving measures.

Scenario Planning:


- FP&A assists in evaluating different business scenarios, assessing the potential impact of economic conditions, market changes, or business decisions on the company's financial performance.

Performance Metrics and KPI's:


- FP&A tracks and evaluates key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the organization's financial health and operational efficiency.


- These metrics are critical for ensuring that business goals are met.

Capital Allocation:


- FP&A helps decide how to allocate financial resources effectively across different departments, projects, or investments to maximize returns and support strategic objectives.

Risk Management:


- FP&A identifies and evaluates financial risks and helps develop strategies to mitigate them.


- This includes managing cash flow, debt levels, and assessing market volatility.
