Compliance and Company Secretory - Overall company secretarial compliances of NBFC and HFC as per various regulatory requirements; - Holding of Board Meetings, Committee Meetings and Shareholders Meetings; - Drafting and finalizing minutes of Board Meetings and Committee Meetings; - Handling of various filings with MCA; - Preparing Notices &amp; Agenda - Co-ordinating with various departments for collating material required for the board and committee meetings; - Maintaining statutory registers as per Company Law - Drafting and periodic review of various policies under Company Law - Keeping track of new guidelines / amendments in Company Law - Co-ordinating secretarial compliances for internal and statutory audit - Experience in launching IPO is proffered.
