- BSE/NSE liaison with experience of Companies Act, SEBI Guidelines, Listing Agreement etc
Responsible for Annual report, Directors, Corporate Governance & Audit Report
Liaise and build relations with the Registrar of Companies, Company Law Board, CLT, Depositories, SEBI, MCA, Stock Exchange, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, RBI/Other banks, Investors/ Registry & Transfer Agent (RTA), Auditors & Independent Directors etc
