- 12 to 15 years in listed entity having exposure of JV entity
- To ensure the effective implementation of the administrative responsibilities set out in Company Law and render support to the Board of Directors in execution of its tasks
- Independently Drafting of agenda, minutes of the Board/ Committees, Shareholders meeting.
- MCA and Stock Exchange compliances;
- Shareholders/ JV agreements, exposure of JV entity would be preferred.
- Liasioning with MCA, Stock Exchanges, SEBI; 6. Expert Knowledge of SEBI and Corporate Laws ;
- Exposure to Merger & Acquisition preferred
Qualification :
- ACS/ FCS, LL.B
- Must be working currently or have worked in last 3 years in a listed company only.
