Experience : 7+ years in NBFC sector
Team size : 3 reportees
Location: Chennai
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Board / Committee Folders
- Secretarial functions for various Meetings including preparing Notice for the AGM / EGM / Board -Committee Meetings
- Circular Resolutions
- Filing of Forms with MCA as per Companies Act, 2013
- Filing of returns with RBI
- NBFC Compliances
- RBI Compliances under FEMA
- Listing Compliance under SEBI of Debt Securities
- Coordination with Statutory Auditors for Certification and onward submission of the same to RBI
- Statutory Registers and Due Diligence
- Annual Report
Candidates should have thorough knowledge of the Indian Foreign Exchange Management Act, the Securities and Exchange Board of India Guidelines and the Indian Companies Act .
