Responsibilities : - Assisting in the preparation and distribution of board meeting agendas, notices, and minutes. - Maintaining statutory registers and records as required by law. - Filing of necessary returns and forms with regulatory authorities such as MCA, SEBI, and RBI. - Conducting legal research and providing advice on compliance-related matters. - Assisting in the preparation of annual reports and other corporate documentation. - Liaising with external legal and financial advisors as required. - Keeping abreast of changes in regulations and laws that affect the company and ensuring compliance. Requirements : - A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience as a Company Secretary. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Good knowledge of corporate laws, rules, and regulations. - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
