Job Description :  Role : Company Secretary  Location : Mumbai Office  Job Purpose :  To make sure all the compliances of RBI, FEMA and Companies Act are abided by the Indian company of the Organization. To make sure the minutes of the Board meetings held are submitted wherever required.  Key Responsibilities :  - Compliances under companies act and other applicable statutes.  - Liaison with ROC and other statutory authorities.  - All filling on returns related to ROC and FEMA.  - Extensive annual filing of the Company. Additional: Having acknowledge of XBRL filing.  - Preparation of Compliance certificates.  - Providing legal opinions under Companies Act,1956 and 2013  Required Knowledge and Experience :  - Company Secretary with a Membership no. with 2 to 3 years of experience in Secretarial work.  - Very strong written and spoken English  - Very good drafting skills  - Subject knowledge expert.
