Company Secretary - Manufacturing

- We have an opportunity for Company Secretary with one of our listed manufacturing company in Vadodara, Gujarat.

- Looking for candidates with 15-20 years of experience in handling Secretarial and Legal work of public limited listed company.

Preferred age : around 40 - 48 years

Key Responsibilities : Responsible as Key Managerial Personnel to discharge all duties and responsibilities including Secretarial and Legal functions as envisaged under Corporate Laws, regulatory requirements and practices, as applicable in India.

Regulatory Compliance :

- Advise on applicability / interpretation of Corporate Laws, regulatory requirements and practices, to senior management / promoters and Group Companies and ensure compliance

- Represent the Company before Regulatory Authorities

- Convening of Meetings of Board/Committees and Shareholders

- Compliance Management

- Litigation/s Management

- Shareholder Management

Educational Qualifications : B.Com; LL.B., Company Secretary (Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India)

Skills Required :

- Deep knowledge of all Corporate Laws, applicable regulatory requirements and practices

- Hands-on experience in all the areas of Secretarial and Legal Work of Listed Public Limited Companies

- Good command over English language, very good drafting and communication skills

- Good ability to liaise with statutory and regulatory authorities, as well as legal counsel
