Qualification : ACS/ FCS, LL.B.
Experience : 12-15 years in listed entity having exposure of JV entity
1. Independently Drafting of agenda, minutes of the Board/ Committees, Shareholders meeting.
2. MCA and Stock Exchange compliances;
4. Shareholders/ JV agreements, exposure of JV entity would be preferred.
5. Liasoning with MCA, Stock Exchanges, SEBI; expert Knowledge of SEBI and Corporate Laws
6. Exposure to Merger & Acquisition preferred
Exposure to REIT will be preferred
