Experience - 4-6 years Reporting To - General Manager - Legal & Group Company Secretary Roles and Responsibilities : To handle Company Law, Secretarial matters for various group companies and assist in litigation and other legal matters and in case of all disputes and ensure compliance of various statutes by all stakeholders Assist the GM - Legal. - Preparation of MCA Forms and timely filling of the same - Preparation of Registers and maintenance of records as per companies Act, 2013 and other applicable Statues. - Event based and time based compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and compliances with the secretarial standards issued by Institute of Company Secretaries of India. - Timely preparation of agenda and minutes of Board/Committee meetings, AGM/EGM . - Streamlining the process of claims, damages, Insurance and other disputes Qualifications : - C.S. with Law Degree desired - 4-6 years experience in Company Secretary cum Legal
