Reports to: CFO

Required Experience: Minimum of 12 years experience should have experience in working in a listed company as a company secretary and Legal head.

Required Qualification: Company Secretary with LLB

Age - 40 years

CTC -25 lacs

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- He / She would be responsible for driving adherence to secretarial and statutory compliance of the business with the objective of meeting all applicable compliances and legal formalities with the company guidelines and statutory norms of a listed company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule, set agenda for and undertake communication for Board Meeting and shareholders meetings.

- Establish strategy for effective monitoring of regulatory and corporate governance activities.

- Compliance of provisions of companies Act, Listing agreements,SEBI Regulation and monitoring & reporting other applicable laws.

- Fillings, Application and documents required to the registrar of companies, central government and /or The Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

- Responsible for research & discussion on law & regulation affecting the company, including corporate affairs, compliance programs, trademarks, protection, sales, international agreements, important legal documents and agreement and company policies and procedures.

- Review all legal and regulatory developments affecting the company operators and make sure the management is properly informed on the same.

- Coordinate with the attorney / advocates to initiate and defend all the legal cases filled by /against the company.

- Vetting of legal documents and agreements.

- He / She processes in place to ensure company wise adherence to legal requirements.
