Key Responsibilities : - Experience in handling company secretarial matters including but not limited to incorporation, corporate compliance of public listed and unlisted companies, FEMA compliance, statutory regulations, and transaction support. - Experience of doing due diligence with law firms (preferred) / secretarial firms. - Secretarial experience in doing Due Diligence. - 2012 or 2013 CS qualified. - Ensuring day to day compliance and provide advisory services to various companies. - Conducting Board meetings, committee meetings, general meetings and preparation of the notices, agenda with notes, minutes for board meetings and general meeting.
