Company Secretary A top-tier law firm in Delhi is looking to hire a Company Secretary with CS+LLB qualification having 3-6 years of experience. Looking forward to speak with candidates possessing the following key skills : - Experience in handling corporate secretarial matters including but not limited to incorporation, corporate compliance of public listed and unlisted companies, FEMA compliance, statutory regulations, and transaction support - Experience of doing due diligence with law firms (preferred) / secretarial firms - Secretarial experience in doing Due Diligence. - 2012 or 2013 CS qualified - Ensuring day to day compliance and provide advisory services to various companies - Conducting Board meetings, committee meetings, general meetings and preparation of the notices, agenda with notes, minutes for board meetings and general meetings - Experience in mergers and amalgamations and restructuring work - Candidate should be well versed with relevant regulatory filings with RBI under FEMA laws - Candidates who have done LLB + CS are preferred
