Company Secretary - Hotel - LLB (7-10 yrs)
Our client is a public limited listed company, having a 5 star hotel at Goa.
They are looking for the below position :
POSITION : COMPANY SECRETARY
LOCATION : NARIMAN POINT, MUMBAI
SEX : MALE/FEMALE
CTC OFFERED : UPTO 20 LAKHS
Qualification : Passed the exam of the Institute of Company Secretary of India
- Candidate with LLB will have preference.
- 7- 10 years of post-qualification experience in listed Public Company, with good knowledge in Corporate laws, SEBI LODR Regulations, Securities laws and Corporate Governance
Job Description:
- Convening and servicing Board of Directors Meetings, Audit Committee Meetings, NRC and other Committee Meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGMs) (preparing Notices, Agendas & minutes, Drafting of reports for CMD, conveying decisions, handling meeting correspondence etc)
- Compliance with ROC, MCA and Stock Exchange filings
- Keeping up to date with all SEBI / Stock Exchange regulatory or statutory changes and policies that might affect the Company, which is listed on NSE and BSE
- Acting as a point-of-contact and building good relationships with the Shareholders
- Implement processes and systems like Digital structured Database, Trading Window Closures etc to help ensure good compliance with legislation
- Responsible for all regulatory compliances of the Company
