Description
- Corporate compliance of the Group including filings with Registrar of Companies and other statutory agencies
- Overseeing compliance of NBFC with RBI.
- Conducting Board meetings, including presentations for board meetings, related documents preparation and circulation
- Ensuring highest level of Corporate Governance and Corporate Secretarial Compliance
- Handling legal/documentation during fund raising and related documentation including term sheets, shareholder agreements, etc
- Create a compliance framework to ensure all applicable laws are fully adhered to
- Ensuring all policies are kept up to date in compliance with regulatory and company framework
- Reviewing new contracts
Profile
Qualifies CS + LLB
Post qualification 10+ years of experience in an Indian corporate in CS and Legal department.
Candidates with previous IPO experience would be preferred
