- Our client is a leading Pharmaceutical organisation, based in Mumbai.
Position : Company Secretary
- The position reports to the CFO of the organisation
- The individual will be responsible for managing secretarial and statutory compliance requirement of the company
- To develop systems and process towards the capture and analysis of relevant financial information towards ensuring, sound and informed decision making by the stakeholders.
- Organising, preparing agendas for and taking minutes of board meetings and annual general meetings.
- Prepare weekly, monthly MIS Including P&L account, Balance sheet and Cash flow with relevant financial analysis.
- Interpret the company's financial results to management and recommend improvement activities.
- Developing and overseeing the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes, in addition to its legal and statutory requirements as per Company Law and Companies Act 2013.
Qualifications : Minimum qualification of CS; LLB preferred
