Company Secretary - Consulting/CA/Law Firm (8-17 yrs)
Key Role: (Candidates Who has experience in CA Firm/Law firm/Advisory/Consulting firm CAN ONLY APPLY)
- Overall compliances for client companies and rendering advisory on issues under company law and foreign exchange matters.
- Undertake research and provide advice on matters related to setting up of branch office in India, external commercial borrowings, FDI, FCRA, ESOPs, Corporate Governance norms as per LODR and Companies Act, 2013 and other general company law matters, corporate due diligence
- Experience of Litigation, representation, FCRA, FEMA and update all recent amendments in Companies Act and their field.
- Qualification : CS
- Experience : 8 Years of Post Qualification
