Salary Offered: 8 - 9 LPA  We are seeking suitably employee to ensure that our portfolio of international and local clients comply with standard financial and legal practice and maintains high standards of corporate governance.   The position reports to the Senior Company Secretary and will have direct responsibility for following :  - Maintenance of Statutory records of the Company  - Handling FEMA Compliances   - Updates on the latest amendments in Companies Act and FEMA   - Issue and transfer of Shares to the Foreign Residents, Companies   - Establishment of LO/BO in India, Annual filing of the Companies   - Drafting of resolutions / agreements / opinions   - Dealing with foreign Clients and providing assistance to them   - Conducting Secretarial Audit of the Companies and providing assistance to the Auditor  - Knowledge About the E biz portal / MCA Portal / RBI website   - Liasoning with ROC, RBI, Banks Requirements   - Candidate should be a membership of ICSI   - Experience of 1 year, ideally with exposure to manufacturing and services sectors.  - Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
