Company Secretary and Compliance Officer required for a Listed Company with a turnover of over Rupees 1000 crores located at INDORE. The candidate needs to: 1. Have in-depth knowledge of all the applicable and/or related laws, regulations, (SEBI, (ICDR, LODR)) and statutory compliance, Corporate Governance &amp; secretarial services / audits. 2. Be able to make representation before various Boards &amp; Forums, like, Company Law Board, SEBI, Registrar of Company, Tax Tribunals, Consumer Forms, etc 3. Draft Arbitration/Conciliation Agreements 4. Maintain and update all Statutory Registers under the Companies Act 5. Manage all day to day secretarial function and record keeping for the Company. 6. Manage the secretarial aspects of Board Meetings, AGMs, and other corporate activities including preparation, review and distribution of Notice, Agenda Items, Minutes of the meetings, and any other documents as applicable. 7. Complete the ROC filings of all necessary documents pertaining to the above activities correctly and on time. 8. Manage record keeping of all documents related to the above activities. Minimum 6 years of post qualification experience is required and SHOULD be currently working in a similar size Listed Company. The position needs to be filled within a month. Therefore, candidates who are interested to join on an immediate basis would be preferred.
