Role : Company Secretary ( Compliance/Finance )

Qualification - CS with CA or ICWA

Experience : 15+ Yrs

Location : Tata Nagar

Job Description:

- Overall management of all activities pertaining to secretarial and legal compliances

- Compliance of all listing agreements with all relevant stock exchanges

- Maintain all statutory records like Minutes, Statutory Registers, Policies

- Conduct all the Statutory Meetings stipulated during the year

- Legal Matters to be attended as and when required

- Co-ordinate with Shareholders, Transfer Agents, Practicing Company Secretary

- Responsible for financial matters of the company

- Lead the overall finance functions and provide strategic advice for taking key decisions regarding Finance, Budgeting, Cashflow, Accounting,Statutory Compliances

- Provide strategic recommendations to the Board/ Executive management team.

- Advising on long-term business and financial planning.
