Looking Sr. Compliance Qualified CS for Chennai

CTC: Negotiable

Responsibilities:

- An in-house legal expert; a compliance officer of the Company.

- An expert in corporate laws, securities laws & capital market and corporate governance

- Chief advisor to the board of directors on best practices in corporate governance

- Responsible for all regulatory compliances of company

- Corporate planner and strategic manager

- Candidate who has experience working at listed entities. The candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of SEBI and BSE regulations (in addition to company law, companies act, etc). Besides this, he must have sufficient work experience (minimum overall work experience required would be atleast 8 years post qualification).

- It is recommended that the candidate have worked in a reputed Secretarial firm during their pre-qualification career.
