Role: Company Secretary Location: Chennai Corporate Office Educational Qualification: Qualified Company Secretary with post qualification experience of 15+ years is must to apply Experience of working/worked with any of the Big 4 accounting firms is mandatory Candidates who have worked / working with multi division businesses and multi location offices are preferred Key Responsibilities : 1. Responsible as Key Managerial Personnel to discharge all duties and responsibilities including Secretarial and Legal functions as envisaged under Corporate Laws, regulatory requirements and practices, as applicable in India 2. Regulatory Compliance : Advise on applicability / interpretation of Corporate Laws, regulatory requirements and practices, to senior management / promoters and Group Companies and ensure compliance 3. Represent the Company before Regulatory Authorities 4. Convening of Meetings of Board/Committees and Shareholders 5. Litigation/s Management Candidate Skills Required : 1. Deep knowledge of all Corporate Laws, applicable regulatory requirements and practices 2. Hands-on experience in all the areas of Secretarial and Legal Work of Listed Public Limited Companies 3. Good command over English language, very good drafting and communication skills 4. Good ability to liaise with statutory and regulatory authorities, as well as legal counsel
