Responsibilities :
- Hands on experience in Secretarial matters
- Hands on experience in Legal matters
- Good knowledge of latest rules and regulations (for listed companies)
- Stakeholder management
- Handle KMP's
- Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Ensuring that policies are up to date and are approved
- Ensuring that decisions of the board of directors are implemented
