Company Secretary - Banking (10-20 yrs)
- Candidate should be ACS qualified, a legal degree would also be preferable. Any other banking qualification, such as CAIIB would be an advantage.
- Candidate should have worked in any public or private sector bank, or in the financial services space.
- Should have worked in the secretarial department at a senior level.
- Should be capable of independently drafting returns and memorandums and handle compliance independently.
- Should be capable of handling and dealing with various regulatory authorities.
