The candidate should have worked with a Public Ltd company having an approximate turnover in the range of at least 2500cr - 5000cr&nbsp; Brief Job Description of Deputy Company Secretary : a) Managing/Assist Board Meetings, General Meetings and other Court conveyed meetings b) Raising of funds through issuance of debentures, equity shares for the company and group companies c) Compliance of all the Company Act, corporate laws, rules and regulations and adherence to corporate governance. d) Performing advisory role and providing support for inorganic growth e) Timely issuance of agenda, notices along with notes to Board of Directors of the Company, Subsidiary companies, associate companies, JV and promoter companies g) Compliance of SEBI Act, Stock Exchange Depositories Act and Compliances h) Assist in mergers &amp; acquisitions and restructuring i) Review and comply with FEMA, RBI, FDI, Entry/Exit of Investors k) Secretarial communications and report of directors
