Company Secretary - Asset Management Firm (12-20 yrs)
Looking for Company Secretary for a Leading and largest Asset Management Company in India with 12 to 18 years of experience and currently working in BSE or NSE listed Company.
CS with LLB preferred.
Location - Mumbai.
Required to have experience in the following areas:
1. Experience in listed entity's Secretarial Matters viz. convening of meetings, preparation of minutes/agenda/ board minutes compliance with Company Law and other laws as applicable.
2. Compliance of LODR.
3. Filing of forms with Registrar of Companies/MCA.
4. Handled any public issues related work.
5. Obtaining approvals from RBI/Stock Exchanges & Statutory authorities.
6. Advising on Company law provisions/e filing, etc.
7. Involved in drafting of policies relating to Insider Trading, ESOPs, etc.
8. Knowledge of SEBI Regulations on Capital Market/listing agreement, etc.
9. Witnessed listing Process.

1. Good Drafting Skill, Accuracy, and Adherence to timelines.
2. Interpretation ability & Promptness of response.
3. Coordinating with various locations / departments for collecting information.
4. Handling confidential information.
5. Should have communication skills and.
6. Readiness to work late, if required by exceptional circumstances.
