With the success of our Business Leadership Program (BLP) last year, we are announcing the launch of BLP 2.0 which is a fast track program to develops business leaders who can innovate and lead change in todays rapidly changing environment.

This program intends to hire professionals who are willing to take a leap in their career

We are looking for:

Company Secretariat AND Law (LLB)

Cost and works accounting (ICWA) AND Chartered Accountant / Company Secretary

BE & B-Tech graduate AND MBA (Operations / Logistics)

Experience : 0-3 years

Location : Pan India

- Candidate should be willing to work on rotation and special projects of the group

- Should demonstrate a strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, external partners

- Will be working directly with the senior leadership team at Seros

- Should demonstrate financial and business acumen . hands-on experience of working on detailed MIS & analytic to support leadership team for major decisions

- Candidate should be ready to take-up role on Pan India basis
