I am hiring a community cum marketing manager for Bangalore. We need someone who understands Artificial Intelligence and other emerging technologies and can create communities around them. Please have a look at the detailed JD.

Basic Function / Job Responsibilities

Community Development- Develop, evaluate, and implement acceleration programs that identify, onboard, and nurture innovators, researchers develop and scale disruptive, impactful, financially sustainable AI solutions successfully and at a rapid pace.

In consultation with industry members, proliferate appropriate courses & curriculum for development of DS & AI professionals. Engage academic and non-academic institutions to for adoption of DS & AI courses developed with assistance of industry members. Assist innovators in the strategy, support system, business plan development, and market access. Constantly evaluate the progress made against each of the deliverables. Build a community of supporters, disseminate knowledge through workshops, hackathons, business challenges, seminars, best practice sessions etc, to unleash the competitive spirit of innovation and evangelize adoption of data-driven decision making by user enterprises and government alike. Develop and monitor program budget. Prepares and maintains a variety of records and reports related to assigned programs, including financial reports that summarize and/or outline incoming and outgoing funds. Contribute to the development and implementation of a CoE strategy and deliverables to achieve the maximum impact for innovators, user enterprises and government. Interfaces and manages relationship with various external agencies, partners and government. Partner with other functional groups within and member network etc to ensure overall effectiveness of and and provide visibility for CoE and its partners.

- Accountable for milestones, expectations, metrics tracking and reporting related to the CoE deliverables

- Ability to work under pressure and withstand the tests of a rapidly changing environment with a calm head and resilience.

- Detail orientated and have strong personal leadership skills, Innately curious and maintain a positive and high-energy working environment

- Ability to manage multiple, sometimes conflicting priorities and work cooperatively to build networks and satisfy needs of internal and external stakeholders

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelors- degree, MBA desirable. Excellent understand of technology with overall experience of 10+ yrs in which at least 5+ years in working with C level executives

- Knowledge or experience working with entrepreneurs & user enterprises and understanding on current thinking and practices in the field of DS & AI

- Experience working with and managing vendors and consultants, and managing budgets

- Good understanding of start-up and DS & AI ecosystem Experience in a similar position - setting up, project managing, or leading a program in preferably in DS & AI or a related field

- Project/Program Management Process (PMP) desirable

- Conflicts and issues resolution and escalation
