CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Tech Enthusiast with passion to connect with like-minded individuals having very good knowledge of marketing and having worked in roles that drive company actions based on consumer needs
- Highly savvy with Social Media and having worked upon organisation response on Social Media to customer queries
- Very good oral and written English. Public speaking skills.
- Having maturity to manage relationships with demonstrated capability in past roles.
- Experience of organising and managing events.
- Prior experience with a leading smartphone brand in managing fan community will be highly valued.
- Candidate should be from a reputed management institute.
- Willingness to work around the clock- being a top talent manager involves working some or in cases many late evenings and on weekends, also involves responding to community members outside of work hours. Look at your position as a lifestyle rather than a job
- Minimum 7 Years of Experience with atleast 2 years of experience in community management.
- MBA is mandate.

Fan Management Strategy
- Develop and Evolve Fan Management Strategy
- Develop an innovative and highly engaging Fan Management Program for Asus smartphone in India
- Define a detailed time bound execution plan
- Become Fulcrum and drive all activities pertaining to the Fan Management Program with multiple agencies/vendors Competition Track
- Study Competitor fan management programs deeply and share insights
- Study and track all fan management activities being carried out by competitors
- Share learnings and utilize learnings for further evolution of Fan Management Program
Online Forum Management
- Relevant content and structuring of online forum with most current content and prompt feedback to Fan queries
-Develop and constantly upgrade online forum for Zenfone Fans
- Always keep the fans related online forum updated with latest content and information
- Ensure prompt response to Fans Query and build a strong expert fan base to support other fans
Product Ideas
- Develop a structured mechanism of driving and collecting new product development / existing product improvement ideas
- Develop a mechanism for collecting product development and product improvement ideas from Fans
- Analyze the ideas collected and provide structured inputs to the product team to drive new developments / improvements
- Create and execute a reward program for Fans who contribute good and executionable ideas, communicate to the community with demonstrable facts that we listen and execute based on their suggestions
Fan Meet Ups
- Strategize and execute Fans Meet ups
- Strategize why, when and how Fan Meet ups should be done
- Prepare a detailed structure for offline personal engagement of Fans
- Prepare detailed plans for Fans Meet Ups and ensure precise and timely execution of the same
Experts Management
- Develop and nurture a base of expert fans who will support other fans and actively drive content on Fan Forum and Social Media
- Identify and grow a base of experts who can volunteer to support ZenFone fans with regards to their queries
- Create and drive organic promotion of user generated content by the experts and other fans
- To ensure Dr Zen get the review units and they post their reviews post getting the units
- Fan Base Expansion
- To achieve Fan Base related KPIs set by the organization
- To achieve the retention rate and churn KPIs set by the organization for the Fans
