About the Role: At Taggd, our people are our most important resource. We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and creative Community Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in customer engagement, community management and customer service.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Proven experience in customer engagement, community management and customer service.
- Responsible for managing our communities Career Circles and across multiple social media platforms.
- Strategizing, executing new campaigns and events. Build the community by bringing in new members and build engagement.
- Executing responding to member inquiries, moderating conversations, engaging with users and providing support.
- The successful candidate will be able to foster relationships with our leaders, members, build brand loyalty and encourage user engagement.
- Developing and executing strategies to strengthen members relationships. This includes analyzing customer feedback, creating content to support engagement, and identifying opportunities to expand our reach.
- Is an excellent communicator and can write long form and agile communication on the go.
