Role and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for building and maintaining the brand's community - both online and offline.
- Be like a brand advocate and be able to recruit more community members.
- Create engagement with audiences on platforms, forums, and social media - reach audiences where they are.
- Build relationships with customers, influencers, and thought leaders and be able to seed discussions around trending topics and the content pillars defined by the brand.
- Build an understanding of the TG and ideate and provide engaging content pieces.
- Maintain a positive sentiment towards the brand in the community and timely acknowledge the members
- Moderate online and offline conversations within the community.
- Explore new community-friendly platforms to expand user reach.
- Conduct research ( primary and secondary) to learn more about the users and their affinity towards the brand.
- Build and launch the advocates/ambassadors program for the brand.
- Push for generation of UGC through the community and ambassadors
- Collate feedback and insights generated from the community and share it with product and marketing teams.
Requirements :
- Proven community management experience - 3-4 yrs
- Experience launching community initiatives - e. g. building an online forum, launching a brand advocates/ambassador program, creating events and meetups.
- Familiarity with platforms such as twitter, FB, Instagram, Medium, linkedin, youtube.
- Familiarity with multimedia tools is a plus
- Basic understanding of web analytics - experience using GA is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.
