Community Manager - Hospitality (1-5 yrs)
Job Purpose
A community manager is the key player in delivering a happy experience to our members through their exceptional service and actions in every part of the centre. They are the ones who provide our members / customers reasons to come to company, and, more importantly, reasons to stay with it.
Role and Responsibilities :
Operations :
- Act as the first interface for all visitors and members
- Assist Members during and after their onboarding
- Assist all members with day-to-day activities in the centre like printing, scanning, or other administrative tasks.
- Direct the workflow at the centre by overseeing, prioritizing and delegating to centre staff to meet deadlines and service levels
- Make sure that centre logistics are in good condition; inventory is updated
- Help InstaOffice in generating value for members by ideating and striking strategic partnerships
- Be responsible for creating a positive, fun and comfortable environment in the centre at all times. Wear a warm smile along with a professional attitude, which strikes an impression that the centre manager is always accessible for all our members- needs.
- Key focus on Client Retention; taking pride in and responsibility for the clean state of our meeting rooms, pantry, private cabins and open workstations.
- Conduct professional and highly socially engaging events. Goes an extra mile to ensure quality experience for all our members
- Record feedback from members regularly, and ensure action wherever required by concerned people.
- Provide assistance and recommendation to all members; a thorough understanding of all our services - which is crucial for seamless communication between the centre manage and our members.
- Act as a backup for all centre positions
- Create a strong ethos of customer service throughout the team
Sales :
- Work with the Sales team to coordinate visits at the Centre
- Meet with walk in leads and other visits that Sales teams schedules at the Centre
- Assist all leads / visitors with their questions about the services, products and value
- Assist the Sales team in closing the deals by leaving a fantastic experience on the leads / potential clients
- Help us in generating overall revenue by up selling and cross-selling our products and services to our existing members
Skills :
- Highly presentable and pleasing personality with great communication skills
- Extrovert with interest in engaging with existing and new members
- Ability to strike personal relationships
- Strong administrative skills with great attention to detail
- Passion for Startups
