Community Manager - Bangalore| Healthcare Startup | Female only|Hybrid work|6-12 years experience

The company is a Healthcare startup in Bangalore and is looking for a peoples person who can engage and scale growing community on their application.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Proven experience in the field of Operations.

- Experience in Building and managing online communities

- Experience with Social Media Marketing and Events.

- Have a proven track record of providing excellent customer experience delivery.

- Proven experience in generating reports regarding day to day operations

- A Peoples person

- Experience in working on operations for a B2C product.

- Experience in working with a startup is a must

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Plan and conduct webinars by senior Doctors/Nutritionists etc.

- Responsible for community generated content and events on the platform.

- Interaction with Doctors, nutritionists and other service providers

- Ensuring great Customer Satisfaction

- Building processes to manage day to day operations in Community management

- Daily reporting and metrics management: Ensure targets are achieved.
