Community Manager

Required for a Well reputed U International EdTech Organisation (higher Education) based in Delhi/NCR

Community Manager :

- The Community Manager (India) is responsible for managing implementation of alumni community and engagement initiatives for the growing alumni base of India. You will help promote and support communications and social media programs, alumni ambassadors and speakers, and local and online events.

- An enthusiastic and empathetic person with proven experience growing engaged online communities, you are a total people-person with great communication skills (verbal and written) who loves organizing things and is passionate about making a positive global impact. The Alumni Community Manager will play an integral role in developing and driving the expansion of alumni programs.

Key Responsibilities -

- Ideating and Executing Alumni Relations Activities including post program communications, placement tracking, monitoring and fraternization

- Curating and conducting alumni engagement events like chapter meets, Master Classes and Annual Alumni Retreat.

- Use appropriate judgment to respond to all forms of social media conversation using an on-brand voice that makes each member of our alumni community feel valued and acknowledged

- Summarize insights and conversations to create actionable reports that lead to optimization of community activity

- Create weekly and monthly reports on community statistics and KPI fulfillment

- Share insights gained from community management to inform the expansion of our alumni programs

- Support and promote local events

Preferred Qualifications :

- 2-4 years of previous work experience in community management, social media, grassroots organizing, consumer insights/research, or advertising

- Demonstrable experience growing engaged communities on Instagram and Facebook

- Experience running grassroots programs that have successfully activated clients/users/community members

- Strong and practical knowledge of analytics and social listening solutions and experience using them to drive real business insight, improvements and KPIs
